- Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.
- Shipping Methods & Timelines:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: The above delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally, but currently cannot deliver to parts of Asia and a few other remote regions.
Our Fuss-Free Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to feel absolutely confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
- Return & Exchange Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Heads Up, Beautiful! Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on worn items for health and hygiene reasons. The following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Just follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, send us an email at [email protected]. Use the template below to give us all the info we need!
- Wait for Instructions: Our fabulous customer care team will reply within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Ship It Back: Carefully pack the unused, tagged item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Mail the package to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
- Let Us Handle the Rest: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund!

Refunds: When and How You Get Your Money Back
We know you want your refund quickly, and we process them as soon as we can!
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive and process your return once it arrives at our facility.
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timeline: Once processed, please allow an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank or PayPal account.
- Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help! We will process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected. If the exchanged item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund you the difference. Standard shipping fees will apply for the new item being sent out to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
We meticulously check every order before it leaves our warehouse, but sometimes accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] immediately with your order number and photos. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
